On This job we will be knocking down the existing flat roof garage. In its place we will be building A pitched roof utility room and workshop. We will be replacing the existing conservatory at the rear of the house with A larger one and raising the floor level so it runs flush with the house. We will also be replacing the the two existing patio doors at the back of the property with new ones. two storey extension on the side of the property containing a utility room on the ground floor

Garage Extension & Brick Paved Driveway
With this job we had to demolish the existing garage in the back garden and clean the
bricks so they can be re-used in the new garage ( Client Preference ). We then built the new
garage, which had A set of patio doors at the back end and A sink inside. In the back garden
we laid new turfs and done A new patio area. Brick paving the driveway was the final part of
the job.
Garage To Bedroom Conversion
On this job we had to fit A window in place of the garage door. We then raised the floor level and the window head and turned the garage into A bedroom, which had an en-suite with A velux window. After that we fitted A small conservatory at the front of the house, then removed a window and fitted A door on the side of the house
Retaining Wall & Driveway in Paignton
On this job we was asked to demolish part of an old stone wall which was looking dangerous. Then in its place we had to build a block retaining wall with steel work
incorporated. To finish the wall we faced it up with stones from the original wall that we had demolished. Above the wall was A car park which had sunk, so we removed the old tarmac, made the ground solid and replaced with brick pavers and A steel barrier.

This build was A block of four 2 bedroom flats. It was built with 2 flats on the right side and
2 flats on the left side. The 2 on the left had garages and store rooms built under neath them. It had retaining walls and A pathway around the back leading to A prefabricated concrete staircase

This new build is A 3 story house with 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is A garage,
living room, WC, utility room, kitchen and A dining room which has A consrevatory and patio doors that lead out onto A decked area. There is 4 bedrooms A bathroom and A linen cupboard on the first floor, 2 of bedrooms have en-suites. Also there is 2 big bedrooms and A shower room on the second floor.
